12 Weeks of Halloween - Week 10

Hello lovely crafty peeps! Today I have a very late but yummy Halloween treat for you!

This jar holds a certain number of orange flavoured chocolate Jaffers....and at my Halloween Card & Lunch Party, (we celebrated Yesterday) everyone had to guess how many Jaffers were inside.

Can you guess how many?.....the answer is at the end of this blog.

This was a fun and relatively quick project, that doesn't need to be a guessing game, it could just be a sweet Halloween gift.

I used Monster Bash DSP for the background paper and stamped onto some Smoky Slate A4 Cardstock with the Fanciful Fragrance Cling Stamp Set. To get such a solid dark black finish, I used black embossing powder.

The cute little spooky critters are from the Monster Bash DSP, I just fussy cut them and mounted them on a dimensional over the top of the stamped image.

The cobwebs in the background are from the Wonderfully Wicked Cling Stamp Set.

The lid was finished with a circle of DSP and two Wicked words cut from the Wicked Dies in Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie Cardstock.

I didn't have a photo, but the base of the whole label was stuck to the jar with double sided tape and I punched a hole on both sides of the label and tied a ribbon around to the back of the jar.

And the winner was.......my beautiful mum! LOL. She guessed the closest amount of Jaffers in the jar!

(there were 288)

Congratulations Lyn!! xxxxx
