Hello lovelies!
Welcome to my SUPER NEW WEBSITE!!
I have been working like a busy Christmas Elf - setting up, making this, doing that, creating this... with a bit of luck, lot's of time, hard work and the amazing help from my beautiful and patient (most of the time) Son Angus, it's ready.
Feels a bit like Christmas to me.
I'm excited to share it with you and hope you find it useful, enjoyable and worthwhile.
Of course I am still ironing out a few things and constantly learning new things ( those who know me well realise computers and anything I.T. is NOT my strength but I am giving it my very best!
Take some time, put the kettle on and have a little lookie around...I have some tutorials for interest and a new feature - Tip of the Week which hopefully you find useful.
I am open to any feedback, comments and ideas and would love to hear from you anytime.
I would like to thank you all kindly for your ongoing support and encouragement. It is very much appreciated.
I have been having some fun with a new Stamp Set... from the new Catalogue and this particular Stamp set was created by a talented Demonstrator 'Connie' who achieved $1,000,000 in sales! I don't normally go on about things like this but it's such a lovely set and the story given behind why she designed it spoke to me...
"I wanted to create a set that represented both of my children. They are complete opposites but so adventurous and full of energy. I included some inspirational quotes and sayings that we all live by."
I also have a son and a daughter and feel very similar about them. I think this Stamp Set has some lovely images and quotes from the heart.
I have used two new colours....Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather & Blushing Bride - which is carrying over to the new colour collection.(yay)
To achieve the water wash effect, I dabbed some ink onto a clean stamp base and mixed with water using the aqua painter brush and lightly brushed on some colour onto a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock.
Once dry, I then stamped my Images with Gorgeous Grape.
They were quite quick and easy cards to create and I'm just getting started!
Thanks for visiting, take care,
Hugs,
Sharni. x
