welcome to our Stamping sunday Blog Hop. Today we are showcasing a Masculine theme.
I'm Sharni Haines from Australia you may have started here or come from the very clever & wonderful Sara Levin either way have a look and keep on hopping around to see what wonderful creations everyone has to share with us today.
I have always loved the Sail Away Suite since the day I saw it released. And even though I am not into sailing, I really like the look of the vintage style Designer Series Paper and the Dies are great fun with the embossed wheel, anchor, rope and other elements.
I did a little water colour scene for the background of the centerpiece of the card with the water colour paper and my Aqua Painter.
I stuck with the same 4 colours all over the card...Whisper White, Soft Suede, Night of Navy & Crumb Cake.
I used a few of the Sail Away Trinkets to add a little shine to the card.
I wont lie, this is a BUSY card! But I had so much fun creating it and adding all the little elements and details.
So here we are...the finished product! Perfect for a birthday or I even might save it for Father's Day!
To crete this card, I used Sailing Home Stamps, Smooth Sailing Dies and some other bits and pieces I will list below.
Incase anyone is interested, this type of Fancy Fold is called (I believe) a Double Display Card. And it fits into a normal size envelope.
Here is a short video of how it looks in action.
Well that's all from me for today! I hope you enjoyed my blog and thank you for dropping by.
