Christmas Party at The Maples

Hello lovelies,

can you believe it's December? I hope you are feeling organised with plans for Christmas. My trees are up, (one yet to decorate) about half the gifts wrapped and my Christmas feast has been planned in my I'm 80% there! Lol.

Yesterday I held my annual Christmas Party Class at The Maples and had a fabulous time!

A wonderful group of crafty friends and my team came along to celebrate the end of the year. We played games, made a few projects and had a delicious lunch.

It was nice to see so many happy faces, and to spend some time with my special people who help create a positive and happy crafty community & bring joy to me.

I think the funniest thing we did was a 'Who am I ' game with the was lovely to see everyone joining in, there were lots of laughs.

I was impressed how fast every was creating their projects. We made a Christmas ornament from the Mini Jam Jars and a simple but effective card using the MERRIEST MOMENTS BUNDLE.

I love how this embossing folder and Die work together, the details are fabulous with just one cut! This is from the Mini June-December 2021 Catalogue.

I used Granny Apple Green Ink & Paper and sponged some colour around edges of the die cut piece. I was inspired by Margistamps card.

It was a larger group on Saturday than my normal classes, so I made up this easy to follow instruction board for both rooms to follow if I couldn't be there all the time.
