Hello lovelies,
welcome to a fun hop with the ESAD (Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators) team, today we are showcasing new products from the 2020-2021 Catalogue! And I am quite excited.
I am Sharni Haines from South Australia and I would like to thank the lovely Nicole Wilson for hosting and inviting me to join this Hop! You may have started here, or come from Maria Henderson.
Whenever a new Catalogue is released, it's like Christmas to me when I was a child. The anticipation, excitement and joy it brings. There are so many things to look at all at once, my head just fills up with ideas and it's hard to concentrate on anything else. (I bet I am not alone?)
I have had to go through my new products systematically (almost) and keep my eagerness to try out things in control (again, almost) so I can keep up with my work commitments and plans. But when opportunity strikes like joining in a blog hop with a new products theme...that's my ticket to FREE will! Yup, I give myself some 'play time' to create whatever I want with whatever I want!
Introducing one of my favs from the new 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue...Pampered Pets!
I couldn't help myself, I bought the Whole Suite.
I love everything I received in this Suite...there is Ribbon, Trinkets, Designer Series Paper, Stamp Set & Dies - nothing is going to be left on the shelf.
My card is kind of a special one, I have made it for a girlfriend who's beautiful and gentle labrador got attacked and injured by another dog at their dog park. He apparently whimmered all night once he got home from the vets and my friend laid on the floor with him and held him all night.
It broke my heart to hear about it. He is recovering well, and has been on his first walk since the attack so that is good news.
To make this card, I used the brilliant Bronwyn Easterly's Tutorial - instead of using birds in a nest (her original design) I thought I would add cats and dogs.
These images were stamped with Basic Grey and coloured in with Stampin' BLends.
All the printed Paper is from the PLAYFUL PETS DESIGNER SERIES PAPER.
Here are all the colours I used. (I am loving the new Cinnamon Cider Blend!)
You may see here a close up of one of the cute Trinkets I have threaded through the ribbon and wrapped around the dog's neck.
